The Academy of Excellence “Networks, Information and Digital Society” (RISE) of the Université Côte d'Azur is inviting applications for one post-doctoral position within its scope.
About the Academy
The Academy of Excellence “Networks, Information and Digital Society” (RISE) is one of the five Université Côte d'Azur Academies. Top level research labs are working together within the Academy to study new digital technologies, their uses and their acceptability. The Academy is funded by Idex UCAJEDI. It has been running for five years (2016-2021) and develops actions to support research transdisciplinary projects, thematic events organization, researchers and student mobility.
Three major ambitions are driving the RISE Academy:
- Designing and experimenting communication networks of the future,
- Developing Université Côte d'Azur's excellence in Digital sciences,
- Improving comprehension of the transformation brought about by the digitalization of society.
Call for applications
The RISE Academy of excellence is recruiting one post-doctoral researcher on a one-year contract. The contract will start between 1 October 2021 and 31 January 2022 at the latest. The Academy will grant funding of € 60,000 for a period of 12 months to the recruited post-doctoral researcher.
